hi there!

this is my diary of cancer. not in a sad, depressing way. in a kick ass interesting way that lets peeps know how i am, what i'm going though and how i make it better, more fun and lot less serious. yeah, it sucks. sure i'll be sick. but in the end life is short and rather than hold hand and sing prayers, talk about how i'm an inspiration or some heavy stuff...lets have fun. talk about the cool shit i make to get me through this, the crapball movies i watch (because netflix is only so big) and fun stories about the "c" word and what it really is like. i share this all because a community of peeps fundraised so i can still be here. so this how i let them all know how i'm doin', when i'm not high on painkillers that is....just kiddin.

FUNDRAISER NUMERO UNO: A KICK ASS CONCERT WITH MY FAVORITE BANDS! RIDICUOLOUSLY EXCITED FOR THIS!

(thanks to Dorien, DK, Jen, Victoria, Nicole, Klover & Shawn for all the work doing this all...The bands (who are my faves, ps, and The Indie/ APE for doing this. My brother is flying out for this and I cannot wait!!!)

Join us on Tuesday, June 7th at The Independent for the first round of Kelly Malone vs. The "C" Word, a show to help Kelly Malone raise money as she knocks out cancer for good! In the spirit of full contact ass-kicking, we pulled some of the cities best local bands for an epic show:
Tickets for this benefit are $15, with special VIP tickets for $50. VIP tickets offer upstairs access at the Independent where we will be serving tasty nibbles from Bar Crudo, Q, Little Star, cupcakes and more! Doors are at 7:30pm, and the first band will be on at 8pm.
